====== End User License Agreement (EULA) for FBL WP Export ======

This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you (the "User") and FBLSoft ("Licensor"). By downloading, installing, or using the FBL WP Export software (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. **License Grant**

Licensor hereby grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for the User's personal or internal business purposes. The User may install and use the Software on a single computer.

2. **Restrictions**

The User agrees not to:
   - Sell, license, lease, modify, or distribute the Software to third parties.
   - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software or otherwise attempt to derive the source code from the Software.
   - Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws and regulations.

3. **Support and Maintenance**

The User is purchasing a one-year support package (the "Support Package") for the Software. Support includes assistance with installation, troubleshooting, and general inquiries regarding the Software. After the one-year period, the User may continue to use the Software but will no longer be entitled to support.

4. **Ownership**

The User acknowledges that the Software is the property of the Licensor and that the Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. The User does not acquire any ownership rights in the Software.

5. **Term and Termination**

This Agreement is effective upon acceptance and will continue until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if the User fails to comply with any of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Software and delete the Software from their computer.

6. **Disclaimer of Warranty**

The Software is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Licensor does not warrant that the Software will meet the User's requirements or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. **Limitation of Liability**

In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Licensor's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the Software.

8. **Governing Law**

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of FRANCE. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of FRANCE.

9. **Severability**

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

10. **Entire Agreement**

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Licensor regarding the use of the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.

By by downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Software.
